At Bulah's Best Farm, our infused herbal honey is created by infusing fresh dehydrated herbs into honey for a period of 3-6 months, depending on the herbs used. This infusion process allows the honey to absorb the beneficial properties of the herbs, enhancing their medical value. The combination of honey and herbs creates a potent blend that offers both the sweetness of honey and the therapeutic benefits of the infused herbs.
At Bulah's Best Farm, we harvest honey from beehives based on the seasonal nectar flow and hive strength. Typically, we harvest honey once or twice a year to ensure the bees have enough honey for their needs. The amount of honey a hive produces can vary, but on average, a healthy hive can yield anywhere from 30 to 100 pounds of honey per year, depending on factors like bee population, forage availability, and environmental conditions. We never over harvest and always keep our bee's happiness and health our top priority.
